Return Policy

We're happy to offer our customers an extended return and exchange window for the holiday season. Orders placed between November 29th - December 24th, 2024 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 6th, 2025. Items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard 14-day policy. Please note: All existing policies, exceptions, and exclusions apply for the holiday extension.

Gado-Gado happily accepts online returns on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. All tags must be attached and merchandise returned in it’s original condition.

To initiate a full priced item return, please login into your customer account you placed your order with. Domestic returns will be subject to a $9 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include your receipt in the package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you prefer to return your item in store, you may do so within the 14 day window.

Online purchases must have returns initiated and completed within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Returns received after the 14 day window are up to our discretion and may be refused.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Our in store return policy is different, please check your receipt for details. When purchasing in store, items must be returned within 14 days and customers will receive a store credit for a future purchase.

Final Sale

Items purchase on sale, an additional sale-on-sale or discounted for any reason and marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Bodywear, Bramis, jewelry, other similar personal items and promotional items  are considered Final sale and  cannot be returned. 

If a Final Sale or late return is received, you will receive a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 days of email. If not paid, the item will be forfeited and donated.

Gift Cards are non-refundable

International returns will need to contact customer service.  

Refunds will be to the original form of payment or a Gado-Gado store credit. If the return is in the form of the original payment, then the cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from the amount of refund.

Exchanges

We are unable to process exchanges on our website. Please initiate a return by logging into your Gado-Gado account. If you would like an exchange or have additional questions, please call the store at 716-699-2128 for assistance.
