Returns & Shipping
We will happily accept returns on merchandise with tags, original receipts, and that have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
For in store purchases, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and customers will receive a store credit for a future purchase.
Online purchases must have returns initiated and completed within 14 days of receipt of goods. Exchanges for another size are on us. Shipping fees will be applied to all other returns.
Refunds will be to the original form of payment or a Gado-Gado store credit. If the return is in the form of the original payment, then the cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from the amount of refund. Please contact us for a return label. If you would like to ship the return yourself, please follow the return instructions noted above and ship to the address below.

All sale items are final sales. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
No returns on intimates, bodysuits, or promotional items.
Items received after the return date will receive partial credit if that item has been marked down.
In-Store Returns (For items purchased online)
Any item(s) purchase online or in-store are eligible to be returned in-store for merchandise credit or an exchanged item. Returns are accepted on unwashed, unworn merchandise within 14 days of the original receipt of the package date. All merchandise must be returned with tags attached in original condition.
